  • 1 medium size spaghetti squash 

  • 300g of ground meat 

  • 1 onion 

  • 1 carrot 

  • 30cl of tomato coulis (house for me, formula by clicking here) 

  • some basil takes off 

  • ground cheddar (Parmesan, Gruyère ...) 

  • olive oil 

  • salt pepper 



Readiness: 

Step 1

Preheat broiler to 180 ° C. 

Step 2

Cut the squash down the middle the long way and place on a heating sheet of paper, confronting the paper. Prepare for 30 minutes at that point turn the squash over with aluminum thwart, keep cooking for 15 minutes. 

Step3
