  • 1 medium size spaghetti squash 

  • 300g of ground meat 

  • 1 onion 

  • 1 carrot

  • ground cheddar (Parmesan, Gruyère ...) 

  • olive oil 

  • salt pepper 



Readiness: 

Step 1

Preheat broiler to 180 ° C. 

Step 2
