Fixings 


1/2 container Coles Brand White Quinoa 

1 container bubbling water 

2 1/2 mugs self-raising flour 

1/2 container Coles Brand LSA Meal 

2 tablespoons Coles Brand Black Chia seeds 

1 teaspoon salt 

60g spread, hacked, in addition to additional to serve 

1 container skim drain, in addition to additional to brush 

2 tablespoons pepitas

Strategy 


Stage 1 

Place the quinoa in a heatproof bowl and cover with bubbling water. Put aside for 20 mins. Deplete well. 

Stage 2
